D AFWINES family winery is located in the mountainous region of Dafnes, Crete, the village where our family originated. We have been dedicated to vine cultivation for wine production, according to our family traditions and values, for over 117 years. Our grandfather, Evangelos Douloufakis, was the first in our family to receive distinction for his entry at the International Fair of Thessaloniki in 1952, where his wine was praised for its excellent quality by the exhibition hosts.
